Covid-19 Information

Greece has been one of the least affected countries by Covid-19, due to the early preventative measures taken by the government. Crete is no exception, as we have had just a few cases on the island since the start of the pandemic.

You can use this interactive map to find out what are the current Covid-19 related measures and restrictions in different areas of Greece.

  • Level A- Surveillance (orange)
  • Level B- Increased surveillance (light red)
  • Level C- Increased risk (dark red)

As of November 11th 2020 everyone entering the country must have a negative PCR test performed up to 72 hours prior to arrival. This includes air and land arrivals to Greece. It is also mandatory to fill a PLF form and have a QR code for travelers arriving from abroad. For more information and to submit your PLF form, please visit https://travel.gov.gr/

Safety and Sanitation Measures

General Information

  • Face masks are mandatory in buses, hospitals, shops and other closed public spaces. This information is subject to change, so if you have any doubts, please, ask our staff.
  • Social distancing is expected at all times.

Check in

  • We might collect contact information from guests during check-in, just in case there is an outbreak in the area and we need to advise you. The information that we will collect is phone number, address, and email address (if available).

Cleaning and Mainenance

  • Apartments provided to our guests will be properly steam cleaned and disinfected.
  • Room cleaning will be provided upon guests’ request.
  • Maintenance in apartments will be carried out upon call and only when guests are not in room.

Breakfast

  • Breakfast is served a la carte directly at guests’ table.
  • Room Service will be available free of charge for bar purchases, as well as breakfast.

Bar and Swimming Pool

  • Public areas incl. public WCs will be frequently cleaned and sanitized.
  • We offer hand sanitizers in public areas (bar and reception) and in your apartment.
  • Sun loungers will be arranged at 1.5m distance around the pool.
  • Sun loungers will be sanitized after every use and towel use is mandatory.
  • According to current government regulations, the 1 person per 5 sq. meters ratio should be enforced at all times at the pool.
  • PH and chlorine levels will be monitored frequently in order to guarantee 24/7 pool sanitation.

Staff

  • Our personnel have attended COVID-19 training lessons.
  • Our Staff will make use of Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
